		<description>I think I absorbed the &quot;anecdote / moment of reflection&quot; idea very quickly and have been watching some old episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation with those building blocks in mind.  It&#039;s interesting to me how the writers have chosen to stack the steps in the anecdotes and moments of reflection, and I feel like I&#039;m learning a lot.
